WRCV gives orientation to Nagkahiusang Lumulopyo sa Sitio Manan-aw(NALUSIMA) about Early Childhood Care Development (ECCD) for younger children ages 2-6years old.
NALUSIMA organization aims to manage a Tulunghaan (“school”) as an Alternative Education System as part of their program to really provide a positive and effective way of teaching younger children to make them a better citizen in the future.
